Any content, information, graphics, audio, images, and links you submit as part of creating your profile or in connection with any of the foregoing activities is referred to as "Member Content" in this Agreement and is subject to various terms and conditions as set forth below.

- You will not send any bulk unsolicited advertising, promotional information, commercial e-mail, or other solicitation (including without limitation junk mail, "spam", chain letters or pyramid schemes of any sort) to any person through the use of the Service.
- You should demonstrate appropriate respect for other Members. If you disagree with any opinion on the Service, feel free to challenge that opinion with a posting of your own. You should, however, refrain from ever personally attacking the person making the posting.

General Information
These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between you and MoneyShow.com and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and MoneyShow.com with respect to the Service. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use or purchase certain other MoneyShow.com services, affiliate services, third-party content, or third-party software.
These terms of service and the relationship between you and MoneyShow.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and MoneyShow.com agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Sarasota County, Florida.
The failure of MoneyShow.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms of service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these terms of service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these terms of service remain in full force and effect.
Statute of Limitations. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or these terms of service must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
